NAMI Peer-to-Peer

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, 8-session class for adults living with a mental health condition or co-occurring substance use disorder who want to maintain their wellness and recovery.

Taught by NAMI-trained volunteers who are peers with lived experience, this course includes information related to Relapse Prevention, Communication, Symptom Management, Coping Strategies, Advance Directives, and Maintaining Recovery.

This is a place to learn more about recovery in an accepting environment, and find support and compassion from people who can relate to your experiences.

We ask that you commit to attending all 8 sessions to receive the full benefit of the class.
