OK To Talk Program @ The Jessie

This event is restricted to girls ages 11-18

Do you have a tween/teen ready to unlock a deeper understanding of mental health, acquire essential skills to recognize warning signs and develop self-help strategies, while nurturing a support network for friends facing mental health challenges?
The OK To Talk program offers a life-enriching experience for young girls to prioritize their mental health while fearlessly challenging the stigma surrounding mental health.
